My Purpose 

Envision the most vibrant version of you. Step into the earth. Feel your toes wiggle amongst the sand. You are fully present in the moment, where past and future lose their place in time. All that is suppressed rises to the surface and offers up to the universe for release. Bliss radiates through your entire being.  You are connected with the earth, connected to a community, connected to yourself. 

My soul purpose is to guide you to find peace in the balance between the ebb and flow. When life does become chaotic, you have the tools to simultaneously remain in tranquility. Just as the waves are ever in motion, so too are we, to flow, to embrace, to release, to let go.

Invite in more light with every sunrise and embrace the darkness with every sunset.

Meet Your Teacher

With a profound appreciation for the healing power of both yoga and the element of water, I guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery, mindfulness, and connection. My personal mission is to inspire movement to promote healing from self to planet. In addition to yoga certifications, I hold a M.A in sustainability, gold-standard credentials in various movement and sound disciplines, and actively engage in ongoing self-study.

I am is a catalyst for living a life in alignment with my values where community, growth, and mindfulness remain present and abundant. Beyond the yoga mat, I am passionate about conscious living and infusing well-being into all aspects of life for the benefit of all beings. I appreciate the details, the pauses, the beauty all around. I love to collaborate,  immerse myself in diverse cultures around the world, advocate for ocean conservation, and find myself exploring from sea to summit with my four-legged friend, Zion. I put my intentions out into the world, alongside action, to live my dream.

Vinyasa yoga offers a dynamic and transformative practice that unifies breath, movement, and mindfulness. It allows practitioners to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and inner harmony while exploring their individual expression and connection to the present moment.

Hot yoga is an invigorating style of yoga practiced within the elements of heat and humidity. It combines the intensity of power yoga with the detoxifying and purifying benefits of practicing in a heated environment. The continuous movement, coupled with the heat, elevates the heart rate and increases blood circulation, promoting cardiovascular health and conditioning. combines physical strength, flexibility, and mental resilience. It is a practice that energizes the body, focuses the mind, and leaves practitioners with a deep sense of accomplishment and well-being.

Trauma informed yoga recognizes and respects the unique needs and experiences of individuals who have experienced trauma. This  approach emphasizes interoception to help one understand and truly feel what’s going on inside the body. This style of yoga focuses on tuning into the sensations, messages, emotions, and physiological states that originate within the body  to enhance self-awareness.

Yin yoga invites practitioners to explore the deeper layers of the body and the subtle aspects of the self. It offers a profound practice of self-care, introspection, and surrender.

After meeting Lauren and having her do a one on one session in my home, I felt completely comfortable with her.
